Who we are

Keystone Defence Partners ("we", "us", "our") is a strategic advisory firm based at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about any privacy matter at info@keystonedefence.com.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. If you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, your organisation, your email address, the subject category you select and the content of your message.

Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure and available, and for no other purpose.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use enquiry data solely to respond to you and, where a professional relationship follows, to administer that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a business enquiry you have initiated — and, where an engagement proceeds, performance of a contract.

We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that operate this website and our email systems, and only to the extent required to deliver those services. Those providers act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.

We may disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a competent regulator.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry leads to a professional engagement, records are retained for the period required by our professional and statutory obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to request portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@keystonedefence.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Confidentiality

Enquiries submitted through this website are treated in confidence. This website is not an approved channel for classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted material, and no such material should be transmitted through it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
