    Rigorous legal, counterparty and end-user vetting against ITAR, FCPA, UK and EU controls and UN, OFAC and EU sanctions regimes.

    Transaction Architecture

    Structuring offset obligations, financing instruments, milestone schedules and secure payment rails with the relevant counsel in place.

    Logistics & Delivery

    Overseeing licensed transport, customs clearance, formal handover to the end user and the documentation required for post-delivery audit.
